At Raaigani, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience. However, to ensure a smooth experience for all customers, please read our COD return and refusal policy below.

1. COD Order Acceptance

COD orders must be accepted at the time of delivery.

The delivery agent will collect the full payment before handing over the package.

Customers must check the package before opening to ensure they received the correct order.

2. Order Refusal at Delivery

If a customer refuses to accept the order without a valid reason, they may be blacklisted from placing future COD orders.

Frequent COD refusals may result in account suspension or a requirement to prepay for future orders.

3. Return Policy for Opened COD Orders

If a product is opened and then returned, the return request will only be approved for valid reasons, such as:

✔ Wrong item received

✔ Damaged or defective product (with proof)

✔ Missing item from the package

Personal reasons (change of mind, dislike, etc.) will not be accepted for opened product returns.

4. Refund Process for COD Orders

If your return request is approved, refunds will be processed as store credit or bank transfer within 7 days.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for COD returns.

5. Preventing Fake Orders

To avoid fake or non-serious COD orders, we may contact you for order confirmation before dispatching.

We reserve the right to cancel COD orders from customers with a history of refusals or non-payment.
