We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days. Additional charges apply and are calculated at checkout.

Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for customers in Pakistan. Please ensure you have the exact amount at the time of delivery, as our couriers may not have change.

  1. Shipping Partners

We have partnered with TRAX Logistics to ensure fast and reliable deliveries across Pakistan.

TRAX Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days

TRAX Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (additional charges apply)

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS to track your parcel on the TRAX website.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s status on the respective courier’s website.

  1. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We serve customers within Pakistan only.

  1. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not offer international shipping.

If a customer provides only P.O. Box address, our team will reach out to confirm a complete physical address before processing the order. A valid residential or business address is required for successful delivery.

  1. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team at info@raaigani.com or +923804499907. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue promptly.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
