- Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Items that are damaged, altered, or not in resellable condition may not be eligible for return.
- Certain items, such as customized or clearance items, may be non-returnable (this will be mentioned in the product description).

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, incorrect, or does not meet our quality standards.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be issued via original payment method within 7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed as store credit or bank transfer (as per company policy).
